Service Access

Is a central intake service for Allied Health Service (Adult Speech Pathology Diabetes Education, Dietetics, EICD, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, and Podiatry) and the Child Health Team (Audiology, Children Occupational Therapy and Children Speech Pathology)

 

The Service Access staff will assess the needs of all clients referred to our services and assist them in accessing services both at Moreland CHS and externally.  Service Access staff will also assess the eligibility and priority of clients for services and provide clients with information about services and fees.
