Philip has been Chief Executive Officer of MCHS for the past twelve years. Prior to commencing at Moreland Philip held various positions in the public and private sector. In addition to working at MCHS he is on the Board of Western Health, the major provider of Acute Service facilities in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne operating the Sunshine, Williamstown and Western Hospitals, President of the Richmond Junior Soccer Club and a Board member Windermere Child and Family Services. Previously he was the Chairperson of Box Hill TAFE.He holds an Honours Arts Degree and Post Graduate Business Qualification.
Paul Newland BA, Grad DipCrim General Manager, Counselling, Youth and Family Services
Paul has held the position of General Manager, Counselling Services since joining MCHS in 2006. Paul has extensive experience gained over 24 years working with young offenders and Youth Alcohol and other Drug treatment. Additionally, Paul has over 16 years of direct management experience.Paul holds a BA with majors in Psychology and Sociology, a Grad Dip in Criminology and a Certificate of Alcohol and Other Drug Studies.
Jacqui Wilson MBA, MProfEthics, Grad.Dip.AppCorpGov, FAIM, ACIS, GAICD General Manager, Corporate Services Jacqui has extensive executive management experience in strategic development, ethics, governance, commerce, business administration, service delivery and operations within a variety of industry sectors including health, IT and manufacturing. Jacqui holds a Master Business Administration and a Masters in Professional Ethics, along with a Grad Dip in Applied Corporate Governance. Jacqui is a graduate and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, and a member of Chartered Secretaries Institute of Australia.

Jayne has worked in the public sector and private sectors for the past 20 years in the fields of Aged, Disability and Health. This includes employment with State and Commonwealth Governments, private industry and in the not for profit sector. Jayne has contributed to both local community Boards and an International Board related to Vision loss. Jayne holds a number of qualifications with the highest being a Master of Public Policy and Management.
