MCHS is committed to provide training and development, thus to enhance the skills and expertise of employees.An annual calendar outlines internal and external training covering areas of clinical practice, occupational health and safety, health promotion and information technology. Employees are encouraged to discuss with their line manager their development needs during the year, in addition to formal discussions at the annual staff review performances.
