The Ageing Carers Program targets older carers of people with a long-term disability. It's aim is to assist ageing carers to continue in their caring role and plan for future needs. Workers can assist carers to explore and plan recreational and other respite options. The program also works to raise awareness of ageing issues for people with disabilities and their carers.
